Our Mission is to improve the clinical health and overall health of our community by providing primary health care access, connecting resources and promoting health education to uninsured individuals who are unable to afford health care.
The CARE Clinic is a free health clinic that serves uninsured residents of Goodhue County and/or Lake City whose annual incomes are at or below 275% of poverty level. Check here for income qualifications.

Urgent dental care for individuals in pain
Mental health care and referral
Connection to local and state resources
Medication resources
How to receive care:
We are open every Tuesday evening from 4 to 6:30 p.m. for registrations.
Appointments given on a first come basis. Patients are seen until 8 p.m.
Holiday closures: 4th of July, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Eve & Day.
Weather closures will be announced on KWNG 105.9 FM.
