Coverage Options through MNSure

Medical Assistance: Covers low-income Minnesotans, including children and pregnant women, as well as people with disabilities. There is no monthly premium. Enrollment is available year-round.

MinnesotaCare: Covers lower-income Minnesotans who aren’t eligible for Medical Assistance. Low monthly premiums are determined by income and family size. Enrollment is available year-round.

Private health plans (qualified health plans): Health plans offered by insurance companies through MNsure. Financial help is available depending on your income, household size and the cost of insurance in your area.
