Due to increases in demand, CARE Clinic is now providing dental services to all qualifying Minnesota residents.
CARE Clinic, started in 2010, is a nonprofit clinic caring for uninsured and/or underinsured residents of Goodhue County and Wabasha County. It is our mission to contribute to the health of the Community by improving health care Access, connecting people to Resources, and promoting health Education.

CARE Clinic offers dental services to Goodhue and Wabasha County residents. We accept Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare and offer services for a nominal fee to qualified uninsured patients. We also offer our mobile dental clinic for onsite dental services at schools, senior homes, churches, and other locations throughout both counties
Dental Care
Medical Care
CARE Clinic offers preventative, acute and chronic medical care. In addition to visits, we provide limited diagnostic services and medications to patients free of charge.
Mental Health
CARE Clinic provides evaluations, individual, family, and couples counseling for adults and children. With the collaboration of Hispanic Outreach, we also offer counseling to Spanish-speaking households.
MNsure Navigator Program
CARE Clinic is a certified MNSure Navigation Agency. We have trained navigators available to assist you in navigating the insurance marketplace via the MNsure website.
Anybody living in Goodhue & Wabasha County and in need of health insurance is welcome to participate in our MNSure Navigation Program.
